Dont boast of you bullion
If you are reading this short article, you have probably been looking for some opportunities to buy gold or silver on the net. Well, it"s even better you ended up here, although I"m not going to offer you any gold. I"d like to give you some advice. I don"t have any bullion myself, but a friend of mine used to invest in gold, silver and platinum when he was a bit younger. He was unfortunately a bit less mature at the time. He once bought some good quality gold bullion. He decided to keep it at home (rather than put it in a bank vault, which he should have done) and he did not even have a safe in his house. What is more, he boasted of the gold in front of anyone who visited him, no matter whether they were just friends, colleagues, family members, neighbours or people he barely knew! One day, he made a huge party. It was his thirtieth birthday and he drank too much alcohol. He showed his gold bullion to all the guests (there were nearly fifty people at the party) and he even told them where he was keeping the gold. Well, you can probably imagine what happened in the end. His house was broken into and all of his gold was stolen. I"m telling you this story not because I believe it is common to be that stupid (because that was stupid behaviour, let"s face it), but to make you think for a minute if it is worth mentioning your investment plans to anyone you don"t" know very well.
